As the weather turns balmy, evoke warm evenings of smoky grills on Mohammed Ali Road with a generous mix of Dishoom grills. Char and sizzle ready-marinated Spicy Lamb Chops, Murgh Malai and cherished Chicken Tikka. An altogether exuberant affair (friends will testify).
Suitable for cooking on a barbecue, in an outdoor pizza oven or – if the weather fails – indoors, under the grill. A finite number of boxes crop up each week. Enjoy before summer slips away.
